  • Co-Founder & Clinician


    As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida versed in several modalities with over 14 years of experience, Takiyah desires to join her clients on their journey to healing and breakthrough. She often tells her clients that healing is a process not a destination. Why? Because life is always happening, and sometimes, you stumble across something and feel ill-equipped to handle it.

    With experience in several outpatient settings, including a program for at-risk youth and a family outpatient therapeutic program, she utilizes a blend of modalities tailored to her client needs. Her specialties include trauma, depression, anxiety and managing life stressors.

  • Co-Founder & Clinician

    Charlene Smith is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. She works with clients from pre-teen through adulthood. Charlene has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings with youth and adults, with knowledge treating several symptoms including, but not limited to, attention deficit hyper activity disorder (ADHD), anxiety, depression and trauma.

    Charlene utilizes an eclectic style drawing from therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered therapy, solution focused therapy, and reality therapy. Charlene’s primary focus is to assist each client in becoming the best version of themselves they desire to be.

  • Registered Clinical Social Work Intern

    Celeste obtained her Master of Social Work degree at University of Central Florida; previously conferred degrees in Management and Leadership, and Psychology. Celeste is adept in social awareness and cultural competency. She provides empathic client connections & is passionately devoted to supporting/guiding client's ability to conquer and overcome life's challenges and barriers.

    Celeste has over 10 years of combined education, work, and volunteer experience in nonprofit, social service, healthcare, the dependency court system and educational sectors.

    Her primary professional focus is to assist clients of various ages, diverse educational/ socio-economic backgrounds balance their emotional, educational, and personal growth by the development of goals. She assist in setting those goals by helping students and families to make wise choices amidst the realistic circumstances. Possessing significant proficiency in facilitating both group and individual therapy sessions.

  • Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern

    Jasmine has a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling degree, as well as a certification as a National Clinical Counselor.

    Jasmine has been working as a helping professional within the community for nearly ten years. She has a passion for working with individuals and families to navigate the challenges of life, whether those concerns are personal, with family, or with peers. Areas of interest include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, codependency, life transitions, identity development, parenting skills, and family communication.

    To help individuals with achieving their therapeutic goals, Jasmine utilizes a variety of theoretical approaches. Through the collaborative counseling process, Jasmine hopes to support clients in their personal growth journey by encouraging vulnerability and self-awareness to thereby accomplish their identified goals and desires.

  • Registered Social Work Intern

    Kayla obtained my Master of Social Work degree at Campbellsville University, with an undergrad in Psychology from the College of Coastal Georgia. Since 2018, she’s been granted various opportunities working with children, teenagers, and adults with mild to severe mental health and substance use disorders and issues.

    Throughout her clinical and personal experiences, it has become her passion to guide, support, encourage, and be a part of the treatment and/or recovery journey of others. She believes in taking a collaborative approach to treatment to embrace unity, self-care, and the overall purpose of clients' success(es). Not to mention, having the privilege to highlight your strengths, resiliency, value, and the power you have within yourself.
